VIDEOCOLPOSCOPE VC-102
Digital VIDEOCOLPOSCOPE VC-102 is designed for every gynaecological practice to diagnose and document pathology of the cervix, vagina and genitals.
Very bright and long life LED light source and high resolution CCD camera allow to obtain clear and sharp images with high colour dynamics range.
The VC-102 OURO videocolposcope is equipped with an optical glare reduction system. This system, based on a polarization technique, significantly reduces the glare caused by reflections from mucus, the speculum or other surfaces reflecting the light emitted by the device. This system, placed in the frontal part of the videocolposcope head, enables the user to obtain a glareless image by appropriately turning the filter.
It is recommended that after reducing the glare the single automatic focus regulation function is used again in order to focus the camera on the structures located beneath the layer that reflects light. Thus, the structures from beneath the epithelium are exposed.
